Strikingly similar experience in our practice - inflamed diverticulum “pointed” into AAA sac, soiled o/w stable Zenith endograft. Patient alive and doing well 4 years after explant and NAIS reconstruction through thoraco approach. Thanks @mwmell for the assist! – at Illinois, USA
