Interesting how conservatives can make a mockery of the LGBTQ++ community and other marginalized groups, but as soon as they feel targeted, there is widespread uproar. Let's highlight some moments in pop culture that depict the last supper (a thread)

Me: do you want Small Cheval Oomf: Is there a large cheval

There are *quite literally* hundreds of examples where secular media has depicted The Last Supper with references to violence, adultery, substance abuse, sex, etc. but I guess conservatives draw the line at sexual orientation.

South Park, a franchise that has remained relevant for decades and has a contract for new seasons through 2027.

The Expendables generated $103 million in revenue in 70 days at the box office. Alpha males rejoice at the violence filled, cinematic glory! I guess this one is acceptable because it's our god given right to bear arms and at least there are no women at the table.

Battlestar Galactica. A viral sensation that still holds relevance today, admired by sci-fi fans around the world. A seductive woman at the center!? In space?! But the bible doesn't talk about space! 😱

The Big Lebowski, revered by the masses around the world and a cinematic phenomenon. A movie about excessive drug use, pornography, and physical abuse. *gasps in right winged* How blasphemous!

The Sopranos. A movie that features illegal dr*g use, murder, violence, gluttony, and a litany of other crimes. Where was the outrage?

A culturally iconic show that frequently references alcoholism, sex, and a variety of other actions that Christians would deem "sinful." But this is different because it's animated, right? Makes sense.

Well, yes

Great. How am I gonna outdo Taylor with @corn_ontherob’s birthday gift?
