£41,600 a year before deductions.
Sounds good right? Here's the reality:
Tax: £484/month, National insurance: £194, Student loan: £92, Pension: £147
Take home: around £2,551/month
Now the basics:
Rent: £1,200
Council tax: £170
Gas, electric & water: £150
WiFi: £30
Phone: £70
Food: £350
Car insurance, tax & fuel: £400
Total: £2,370
That leaves roughly £181 a month for toiletries, emergencies, socialising, holidays, Christmas, repairs and literally everything else.

Regular viewers of the channel will know that we're all massive fan bhoys/ghirls of Mark Fotheringham aka Fozzy.
His enthusiastic, intesiteh-driven persona was rewarded with a song from the Celtic fans during warm-up, as well as deafening cheers for the team as they ran up the tunnel.
Fozzy then proceeded to celebrate the session as if he had scored a match-winning goal.
