BREAKING: Stephen Nolan reporting that his "sources" within the PSNI have put it "beyond rumour" that "guns and petrol bombs" were available to Irish terrorists on or around the Garvaghy Road.
It was a "credible" threat.
That's why he asked to revoke the walk.

Daniel McCrossan more angry at Unionists for telling the truth than he is at Republicans for posing the threat in the first place. Madness 🤷🏻♂️

Watch this.
UK Mayor Burnham specifically states “the man responsible for the murder of Ann Widdecombe” in respect of Joshua Kerry”. Kerry has yet to be put on trial let alone convicted! This is a calamitous error from Burnham!

Andy Burnham has just made an outrageous statement at PMQs, potentially one of the worst gaffes I have ever witnessed from a Prime Minister.
He has presumed Joshua Kerry guilty of murdering Ann Widdecombe before he has even stood trial, live on national TV, for a global audience to witness.
These were his exact words, “could I start just by recognising, with the charges that have been laid against the individual responsible for the murder of Ann Widdecombe”
Read that again.
He didn't say the individual accused of her murder.
He said the individual responsible for her murder.
Whatever your views on Joshua Kerry, the public does not know all the facts. That is precisely why we have criminal trials.
A man is innocent until proven guilty. That principle applies to everyone, without exception.
Yet the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom has just publicly spoken as though a man awaiting trial has already been convicted of murder.
For Andy Burnham to make such a serious error while discussing matter involving ongoing legal proceedings is deeply concerning.

Collusion is NO illusion. People have been saying it for years.
The Free State colluded with republican terrorists to murder British citizens in Northern Ireland and across the UK.
They have always been friends of terrorists.

The Alliance Party was perfectly happy to support a no-confidence motion in Paul Givan for visiting Israel.
There is simply no excuse for them not to back a motion against the FM who broke the law and encouraged others to break the law, unless they’re only interested in votes.
Let’s see if the Alliance Party has any substance behind the rhetoric.
⁉️⛔️NEW: First Minister Michelle O'Neill to face vote of no confidence at Stormont
👥First Minister Michelle O'Neill will face a vote of no confidence at Stormont today over her handling of the Drumcree/Garvaghy Road parading dispute.
The DUP, UUP and TUV have united behind the motion, while Michelle O'Neill says she was standing alongside residents.
She has also been invited to attend a police interview as part of an investigation into the demonstrations.
Three other Sinn Féin ministers are also facing votes of no confidence.
However, the motions are expected to fail, as they require the support of a majority of both unionist and nationalist MLAs.
Our Chief Reporter @jamesgould23 is at Stormont.

Oh, come on. He banned it *after* residents, the first minister and other politicians and outsiders had unlawfully blocked the road. And he did so because he did not wish to confront those who had acted unlawfully and feared that their unlawful actions would ignite further disorder elsewhere. Please don't try to convince me that everything that has been done has been consistent with the rule of law and constitutional politics. That would be absurd.

These are exceptionally difficult matters. I know the Secretary of State will not have taken the decision to intervene lightly.
But the decision to ban a lawful march because of the threat of violence and disorder means that those threatening violence and disorder have won.
It is now essential that those who have broken the law over the past fortnight are held to account.
While many will be dismayed by this, the right reaction has to be calm and cool heads. Nothing will be gained by actions that further inflame tensions.

A sad day for those brave men and women in the RUC, many of whom paid the ultimate sacrifice to Sinn Féin/IRA violence.
As tonight, @RhonddaBryant bends the knee. And capitulates to mob rule, with threats from the IRA council standing side by side with government ministers

Emma, a New Ireland isn’t dead just because the DUP fears it. Nationalists & Catholics will no longer accept second-class status in their own communities. Your party’s record of division, scandal & a paedophile leader tells its own story. A Lecture on law? Sit this one out!
Today is the day that any concept of a “New Ireland” died. The lies, spin and promises. It was always nonsense, and that had been laid bare.
I never want any discord. I want to build a brighter future for Northern Ireland - for all of us. I work to that every day. I believe every person in this place I serve sees that.
When others, including the First Minister and her party, have behaved with utter recklessness and disregard for stability and our institutions, I believe in responsibility.
I have always embraced those who are different from who I am, and endeavoured to show respect.
I have witnessed the tradition I come from treated with such utter contempt and hatred.
“Little room, Great Hatred” that is what I’ve seen. That is what we have all saw with our own eyes.
I come from the Orange tradition. I am deeply proud of the warmth, compassion, depth and richness of that tradition. All of our traditions come from particular aspects or “sects”. By its very nature, they are “of “something and not “of” something else. They are exclusionary by the very nature of it pertaining to the particular tradition, beliefs or views of some, but it is not exclusionary by experience or engagement. Every religious order or community is exclusionary by doctrine, but not by outreach. We all deserve respect. That respect and tolerance threatens no one.
It is hard to believe I have to explain the basics of this so many years after the principles of the Glorious Revolution and our human rights and civil rights frameworks, but here we are.
I have been deeply, deeply offended by the way my traditions and culture have been described, treated and expressed.
The behaviour, and jubilance tastelessly and appalling shown by some tonight only shines a light on their intolerance, hatred and ignorance.
I will never be goaded into punishing the people of Northern Ireland for the reckless of Sinn Fein.
But I am disgusted and furious of those who have played to their base and not for what is for everyone.
In this election you have a choice - choose those who want Northern Ireland to work, and those who do all they can to make it so.
