You know how to identify identify the people involved in these kind of activities. All the government has to do is publish the details of the people who have a GPA with the claimants. Publish their names. It will be major legal relief for victims who are still fighting cases.
This has become the prime only activity small time political actors. Thousands have lost their land or sold away for small amounts or fighting cases which surprisingly are losing in court cases due lack of financial strength. Please rescue small investors it’s a SOS!

IEPF is the least accessible authority for investors but most interfacing the companies. We investors have no access to question their in-arbitrary behaviour. How is it. It’s our money and they have more right over it?!

@PMOIndia Sir, we have no access to IEPF and it doesn’t respond to investors quarries. So even when we tweet why IEPF or corporate ministry is not responding to our queries? It’s absolutely cold and inhuman attitude by IEPF towards a 86 years old female an investor! IEPF respond!
I request government to levy the all investment holding companies with “immoral tax” on authorities, NBFCs, Banks including @RBI if they don’t proactively identify legal heirs of unclaimed investments lying in their accounts. As millions of legal hires are unaware of investments.

After 25 years of struggle and 9 years of legal fight we were hand a succession certificate with all wrong data. We are asked go back to court again to get that corrected! How long we have to suffer this corrupt and incompetent system?!
