Great day rowing at Ironbridge in the MasE8+! 🚣♂️
The crew delivered a brilliant performance, beating a strong Bewdley crew by a length and a half. Two of the crew have only been rowing for a 16 months, stepped up and produced some of their best rowing yet.
Proud of the crew 💪

Beautiful walk today, 7.8km from Saint Eulalia to EsCane, Ibiza. Always love to do this walk at least once while here.

Doing this to support a mate of mine, Stu who was doing marathon charity row today.
Initially was aiming for a sub 2:00 split however part way I made peace with going over this if necessary. With a push at the end, just managed to pull it back. Phew!

Been a while since I have done a 5k, decided to try and hold 30spm but lungs had different ideas 1500m in. More work to do but pretty happy with the result though.
Been a while since I have done anyhing more than 14k. Attempted a marathon on Monday, got 30k in and had to bail but managed to finish a half on Tuesday. More work to do but pleased with that.
