MTG alum Jason Witzl continues to wow us with his above and beyond skills in the kitchen and the community. We can’t wait to sit across from friends & strangers at his new enigmatic table when we get the chance, but until then we’re happy to keep Ellie’s on our most visited list.

This story is more than a secret, 12-seat space where one of Long Beach's best chefs makes 7-course dinners for $65—it's about the intersection of outsiders coming into a space & learning from it—and vice versa. It's about how food needs to be introduced. bit.ly/2WW5SM9

I’m not famous. The only clout I have to offer is my self worth. When you come to my shows there won’t be a viral moment, but there will be a real moment.
