"Unpleasant Thought for the Day"
where Zia Yusuf gets to do 20 minutes largely uninterrupted or questioned while he makes unhinged claims about why we have struggles in NHS Dentistry and A & E.
I heard @RobertJenrick on LBC say;
1) He respects "rules" and "laws" and the integrity of the Parliamentary Standards Commissioner.
2) That a ruling on Farage would be an "establishment stitch-up" coming from a "kangaroo court".
Which is it? Because you can't have both.
If it's the former, he should apologise for the latter and bringing Parliament into disrepute.
If it's the latter, then he doesn't believe the former and has no place being an MP.
#bbcwato Disappointing to see you giving a big slot to Zia Yusuf of Reform UK ("For Billionaires by Millionaires") so that he can rant on about...the BBC.
Are you ever going to learn how these Reform people operate?
I logged into eX-Twitter for the first time in one year and the first post in my timeline makes it pretty clear that things are much as they were when I was last here...
Finally got your book for Xmas @trussliz and just about to start reading it - hoping it'll be a real page turner 🙂
In the kitchen, listening to "Trumped" from BBC Podcasts - a great listen and an interesting lesson in Trump's standard tactics and how ( once again ) what he promised was a million miles from the reality he delivered.

Not sure that @BBCPM did a great job of explaining what "Restore Trust" actually is today.
I don't understand Tesla.
Spend a tonne of money building cars that can drive themselves.
Meanwhile, spend another tonne of money building a robot that can do anything.
I'm thinking maybe the robot could drive the car?
🤣
In the future, some dev will forget to set a build flag and half the cars will start driving down the wrong side of the road.
"A Stranger in a Strange Land" - tech demo where someone walks a city asking a service where a shop is or to translate a menu.
Not sure people need this as often as the tech companies think 🙂
That said, there's no doubt huge accessibility possibilities in this same area...
Watching - both the headset and the glasses look good to me and it's "noticeable" that Apple, Google, Meta are all now in this space but there's a platform very obviously missing... 🤷♂️

I can see a wider role for Windows Sandbox if the idea is that I hand over my PC and web-browser to some AI agent which then wanders off around the internet on my behalf 🤣
Interacting with chatgpt.com to see if it can help me with financial planning and, without constant monitoring and correction from me, it consistently produces bad advice.
That said, it does apologise.
I'm glad I'm not asking it to do anything important 🙂
It's like babysitting a savant who's swallowed the internet and yet can't be relied on to add up correctly.
