We braved it and headed to Oxwich where it was fairly quiet! I was going to treat myself to a hot chocolate at the hotel at the end of the walk but some bloke and his dogs became space invaders on an empty beach I got so annoyed I had to come home 🙃 #IDontLikePeople

Lunch with my parents is cancelled as my Mum has post cruise lurgy, so I need to think of somewhere to take Jarvis this afternoon that won’t be overrun by people as the weather is beautiful 🤔 #Sunday

Went out and ran 10k. It was lovely out there. My Strava is obviously wrong though in saying I ran it in under an hour, because I stopped for a few minutes to have a chat with someone I knew at around 2k 😂 #SundayRunday
