Over a few days of testing, we discovered the secret to efficient report creation, and we’re excited to share it with others. Pass this along.

Students often tell me when they report racism nothing happens. Leaders say it's happening behind the scenes. If people who've endured racism don't feel the antiracism, that means nothing's happening, regardless of what we're doing behind the scenes.
