You know, from the perspective of the other princess, The Little Mermaid is a cute story about getting to marry the prince she once saved The prince, other the other hand, is a jerk

Vampire safe here. Though I am curious where plants are still producing them by the end of September?? Ours die out early August. Now in my freezer on the other hand....
As well as carrying the devil’s curse on those who eat them after #Michaelmas on 29 Sept, blackberries can protect your home against vampires. If planted nearby, a vampire gets distracted by counting the berries & forgets his harmful intentions. #FolkloreSunday #FairyTaleTuesday

If you need to vent, vent to God. He already knows what’s going on.
He won’t repeat it & He won’t weaponize it against you. Not only are you safe with Him, He’ll even help guide you to your next best step.

Baha. I have never voluntarily watched a single one of these, only ever popped in in a few while roommates were watching. It's.. a weird very basic list.
The New York Times’ final list of the 100 Best TV Shows of the 21st Century is now complete. What do you make of the final ranking? Which placements surprised you the most?

This book is really fun, but I was highly disappointed that it's more character swap than gender swap. A "What if Marguerite was the SP" more than "what if the SP was a girl" It was a disappointment that influenced how I wrote Lottie, actually.
Like Station Eleven, Rook is a book about history, time, tech, & memory. A retelling of the Scarlet Pimpernel with a beautiful and fresh twist. It's YA, but it's a book I loved and have selected as saving for future family. It raises questions, too. Recommended. #BookChatWeekly

It is interesting that, for someone who so strongly believes in one true church, I have a pretty liberal idea about who gets saved, and I don't think earnest and humble theological misunderstandings are going to damn anyone. God is infinitely good and merciful.

Interestingly enough, I was watching a 1930s movie and a telephone operator sounded almost AI for a second, and I wondered how many old movies and public recordings were scraped for voices
This page seems to be full of the kind of dashes that everyone thinks are AI but it’s actually Agatha Christie

There in no reason on this planet that "each other" is not one word. It's pronounced as one word, and it would in fact add clarity to have it as one word considering it's used two different ways in the same manner as "everyone" and "every one"
What's the word/grammar hill you are absolutely dying on?

My mom has all her kitchen ingredients in similar tall plastic containers. And powdered sugar and flour look reeeaaaallly similar in there. Anyway, sweet sausage gravy on your biscuits isn't bad, but I don't see myself doing it again. 😅

*Quentin is about to be hanged* Sir Walter Scott: Now, I'm sure you're super interested right now in what the hangmen looked like. No, Scott, no I am not interested at all in what the hangmen are like. I want to know how you MC is going to NOT be hanged 50 pages into this book!

So...I want to jump on the 21 trend, but uh...y'all seem me at 21 every day 😅 Just after throwing tea into the bay for the 4th ofJuly I often think of it as "The Year That Didn't Exist" bc I was away from home and out of touch

I love this movie and can't explain why since it's so messed up at first Is it Louis Jourdan? Leslie Caron? The colors? The hopless desperation of falling in love? "I don't understand the Parisians"? "Say a Prayer"? The true/real love finally winning against expectations?
Any fans of the film Gigi (1958)? Showing today on #TCM at 12:45pt. Leslie Caron is in training to be a French courtesan to Louis Jourdan, but she ultimately has other ideas. Maurice Chevalier rounds out the cast in this charming musical.
