Too many gambling ads during baseball playoffs @MLB. Cheapens the game.
Modern systems management requires digital archaeology. I would amend the quote though to say “without an overall plan or much thought about the future.”
“Hello. What’s the last name?” Is not a good greeting. “Hello. What’s your last name?” Is significantly better with just this simple personalization. I am a person not a record in your system. #customerservice

Chand Baori is a stepwell built in 9th century in the Abhaneri village of Rajasthan.
With 3,500 steps arranged in perfect symmetry, it is India’s largest and steepest stepwell and one of the most unusual staircases in the world.
People would climb stairs with buckets of water.
