People - whether you're playing in a TopDeck league (like the excellent @CriticalEDH one) or at any other sort of TopDeck tournament, please, for the love of everything that's holy, submit a decklist. It takes 10 secs & will make all of us in the MTG stats space so much happier!
Hang on ... so starting with Nauctis, #mtg collector booster packs will have 12 cards (coz they're cutting 3 cards), but the "god" collector pack will have 13 cards. So ... it would be super easy for retailers to simply weigh their CBBs to see if they contain god packs?

Now that the #mtg Zeta set has been fully spoiled, I did some quick math - if we go by normal WoTC rarity printing standards*, the chances of pulling a Chrome Mox from a single pack is about 2.2% (1 in every 45 packs). Not terrible, but putting together a set is going to be $$$.
Absolutely loving the #mtg Secret Lair x MSCHF Zeta Set, but seems like a crazy missed opportunity that they're only releasing packs, not full booster boxes for this set.
Also ... the "Photocopy Negative" version of Nature's Claim seems a bit problematic 🫣
My $0.02 from watching the TopDeck Invi & Open this weekend:
1) The JP points system sucks
2) With a 40% draw rate across the first 5 Invi rounds, just stream a 2nd Open game instead of the Invi swiss rounds
3) Holy shit, stop accepting bad deals in cEDH

The duplication in the #mtg The Hobbit set is just ridiculous & Spider-Man/Assassins’s Creed level bad. This is just 2 (two) collector booster boxes from 2 different vendors.

Finally back home aftet 2 weeks in Europe - had a blast at #magiccon Amsterdam, top 4’ed the “cEDH” tourney, got to jam games with @Sawatarix, handed out a bunch of @PlayNiceMTG swag and, of course, spent an ungodly amount of time getting cards signed. Can’t wait for Atlanta!
