FANTASTIC Saturday theatre workshop for our upcoming production of LesMis! Volunteer parents helped us make a giant leap in our balcony construction, and we are polishing our preview song for our Weds & Thurs nite performances. SO proud of these awesome kiddos! ❤️🎭

As the year winds down and we look toward 2019, I’m asking you to make a commitment: find something you want to change in your community and take the first step toward changing it. If you need some inspiration, take a look at some of the young leaders who inspired me this year.

Mammal ancestors once had many bones in their #jaws like lizards, but now modern mammals only have one bone, the dentary. What happened to the rest? Research shows that these bones have either fused to the dentary or shifted to the ear to help with hearing! #osteology #evolution

To everyone asking about @wcpss canceling school... 1. Do your homework, whether or not we have school tomorrow. 2. Make plans for all possible outcomes (normal, delay, cancel). 3. Be patient. Wake is a big county. 4. After doing homework, enjoy the day. #staysafe #stayhometoday
