France has all of these things because they have a long history of protesting just like this.
France has FREE health care, paid parental leave, paid family leave, FREE child care, FREE preschool, 5 weeks paid vacation, a 35 hour work week, generous unemployment and housing benefits, and heavily subsidized higher education.
Everything the left says they want AND THEY'RE STILL PROTESTING AND BURNING SHIT DOWN.
So here we have the US Department of Homeland Security ordering all civilian federal agencies to dump DeepSeek products and any third-party services built using DeepSeek implementations, while banning further purchases.
Apparently, globalism, free trade, and open competition are only sacred principles when they serve American interests.
The moment a foreign competitor threatens US dominance, the rhetoric disappears, and protectionism, bans, and economic coercion take centre stage.
So much for the so-called free market and the rules-based international order....

The United States is going to do everything possible to demonize the protests in Europe and associate them with Islam, Muslims, Palestine, and immigration because they're terrified of Americans knowing this is what other countries do when the cost of living increases.

Not just the government but the corporate state nexus. You can’t just shield the corporate sector who owns the government from blame, as the 1% are solely responsible for poverty, inequality and the cost of living crisis.

The world cannot afford billionaires anymore. Humanity cannot afford billionaires anymore. Homelessness. Starvation. Climate Change. Being a billionaire is immoral. It should be outlawed for the sake of the 99% of humans on this planet.
