Emma passed away on Wednesday evening surrounded by her family.

Well, after another stay in hospital, I got the news, that despite someone reading my CT and telling me I was OK, 6 hours later they confirmed a stroke, brain & bone mets...no words again.
But now we're in Scotland having some time together ❤️
