If lobbyists didn’t control DC, the House & Senate would be in session tomorrow passing bills to re-establish country of origin labeling for beef & pork and to empower local meat processors to compete with the meat monopoly.
But POTUS and his cabinet and Congress are captive.

This $5,000 “Trump Dividend” promise was first made in Sept. 2026. Similar prior DOGE and tariff check pledges have not been paid out. It would cost ~$1.2 trillion and require congressional approval.
