On Friday, the good Lord blessed us with our son Bentley Robert Karandy! Benny came into this world in epic fashion and has been such a great little lovable baby boy. Daddy, Mommy, Shaynie and PeyPey love this little guy to a galaxy far far a way and back.

MOHON EDU this month is centered on a simple idea: good instructional tech should reduce noise, not add to it. From Gemini and NotebookLM to Canva, blended learning, & ethical AI integration, the focus is on practical tools that support teachers and improve student learning.
Education innovation shouldn’t be handed to teachers like a shiny espresso machine with no beans or instructions. Too many tech initiatives start with novelty instead of solving real pain. If it doesn’t cut teacher burden, it won’t stick. ☕ #EdTech #SchoolLeadership #Innovation
4/ Stay human and ethical: privacy, professional judgment, and feedback loops matter. AI is a partner — not a replacement. Start small. Celebrate wins. Build understanding before tools. That’s how resistance turns into curiosity.
