My heart is sinking. My beloved Venezuela is going through hell. My people are trapped in a nightmare. There are no resources, people are out in the streets, or inside structures that could collapse at any moment. Venezuelans are some of the most loving and hard working people you'll ever meet. We went from being one of the richest countries to a country crushed by debt, corruption, abandonment, and years of destruction. And today, after two massive earthquakes, people are left without rescue resources, shelters, power, water, food, or any real hope of rebuilding. Many are completely cut off from communication. They have no idea what's happening, and their loved ones have no way of knowing whether they're safe. Being Venezuelan means constantly figuring out how to survive; It's exhausting... It's heartbreaking. Sometimes, it's very hard to see the light. Venezuela needs humanitarian help. I'm heartbroken and deeply frustrated that I can't do more to help the people I love. All I can do right now is use my voice, ask people to pay attention, and beg the world not to look away. 💛 💙 ❤️ 🙏
