Pricing on The RealReal is officially insane. Not only more than double currently available sale prices, but higher than the original retail price.

If you’re a UX researcher at Instagram working on uploading photos, PLEASE sit through a usability study with my mom cuz that took over 20min to show her how to adjust the crop of individual photos when uploading multiple photos. I know you have en entire team for that feature.
Also, your new feature to include photos of multiple aspect ratios or adjust the entire set’s aspect ratio is way too buried, and then randomly doesn’t show up for larger gallery posts. WAY too confusing, even for me, a UX researcher.
