Not sure why this account @WatcherGuru wonβt mention AMC but here you go. The 1st company to come out against this. Youβre about 3 years behind when Brett Harrison came out with this bs as well.

πππ SEC ZERO INTEGRITY AGENCY
We are not the only ones that have zero respect for the SEC.
The SEC has made it perfectly clear they are not protecting investors. Which is wild as that is actually their job.
If they had done their job the markets wouldn't be in this mess.
They don't know how to fix it because it is out of control.
SEC WE CAN'T FIX IT SO WE WILL IGNORE ITβΌοΈ

Entirely Petty headline. Love it or not. And, yes, I do. The film delivers in scale, ambition and reach at a theatrical screen level. Daring, bold and Cinematically complex. Decidedly a Theatrical experience.
The theater experience won't change your mind on Digger, and the laughs that are there still will be when it hits HBO Max.
Our review: bit.ly/4xOfs59
Hey there @vladtenev and @DanGallagher: My voice will stay loud. You supported the SEC on U.S. stock tokens. They must carry voting rights, and companies can opt out. How hypocritical of Robinhood if not adopting those same principals offshore. Donβt spit in the face of the SEC.

I am so eager to see the movie NUREMBERG in movie theatres. Opening next week. A true, thrilling, historic drama. Starring Oscar winners Russell Crowe and Rami Malek, Oscar nominee Michael Shannon. It looks so good!

Everything in black and white.
Robinhood's own words, in the documents they provide.
Being backed 1:1 has conditions, especially when it comes to Prime Borrowers.
*They can replace it with a cash equivalent. The share doesn't have to stay after the token is made.
This video is very educational, take your time to learn more. Great depth.
The pages are referenced if you want to check the documents first hand.
This is for every token, on all 190 companies, not just 1 particular stock.
They avoid disclosures and regulations offshore.
We need TRANSPARENCY and ACCOUNTABILITY!
This is one of the most important videos I will ever make.
185 pages
5 years of fighting market manipulation...
...the loss of the buy button, FTX, SBF, CM-Equity, Binance, tZERO, Cohodes, Uniswap, Robinhood...
..."What's the concern?" β Vlad Tenev
185 pages of Robinhood's Base Prospectus, plus the AMC Final Terms. I reviewed it all.
Both published by them.
Neither one run by AMC's Management.
Both linked in the video.
The video is long, but so is a 5 year fight and so is 185 pages.
This all matters. Inform yourself.
Watch it in chunks.
Play it back faster.
But whatever you do, understand what is in here.
Page 133 ... what happens before shares show up?
Page 140 where do shares go and do tokens stay backed?
Page 151 just how much control do they have over your wallet?
And SO... MUCH... MORE... people validating their own collateral? In there. RH owning the entire plumbing? In there. The history of AMC dealing with these issues? In there.
Every claim given with a page number or a numbered condition. No "trust me bro's"... The most complete answer to "what's the concern" that you will find anywhere.
Pause any time and check me. I took the time to source and document all of it.
They will say "what's the concern?"
You will say what you learned.
They will not be able to stop you.
Facts over FUD.

I stand by @RobinhoodApp selecting stock their PFOF butt buddy Citadel tells them they need to short. This is why Cinemark, IMAX and HOOD are not included but AMC is.

I encourage everyone to report Canadian-based @amemecoinrh to @x & @elonmusk for IMO harming $AMC & @AMCTheatres by violation of copyright law, trademark infringement & falsely implying a business relationship between itself & $AMC βa form of impersonation to the detriment of $AMC RETAIL investors.

An old video of Brett Harrison, former head of FTX US, explaining tokenized securities.
Today, $AMC CEO Adam Aron called out Robinhood.
InvestorTurf has been warning retail investors about Robinhood for YEARS. Their predatory behavior comes as absolutely no surprise to us.
We canβt find many polite words left to describe Robinhood.
If we were publishing this as a news story on our website, weβd call them exactly what we think they are:
The scumbags at Robinhood have no shame.
And any retail investor still choosing to use that platform needs to seriously ask themselves why they continue supporting a company with this track record. At some point, you become part of the problem.
