Why should a tokenised Apple share be priced purely by the balance of tokens and cash inside a pool? Our approach starts with a validated market reference, then accounts for the inventory risk of filling the trade within explicit limits. When available capacity runs out, the system stops quoting on that side. We’re combining this with batch auctions to reduce transaction ordering advantages, collateral-backed market maker quotes, and reserve checks that account for what actually backs each claim. For liquidity providers, the goal is to earn fees and capacity income for taking explicitly managed risk. Inventory and backing risks still matter.
