Working on throwing tonight. Overhead view shows the path of the transfer & direction of footwork/body. Great instant feedback for the guys – at Bettendorf, IA

Working with different weighed baseballs. The focus is you must control the ball no matter the weight.

If you leak or are unable to control your front side, try angled front toss. 🏆⚾️🔥 What’s your go to hitting drill these days? #dirtbrosbaseball #wearredclay #winningbaseball

Between innings side view of @tonywolters. Great example of “feeding the hand” during exchange. Let ball come to you (notice bend in mitt arm elbow) & immediately turn mitt so ball “shoots” into throwing hand that is open & right over the pocket. Quick & clean! #thelifeofacatcher

College coaches @abca repeatedly saying they need to keep up w/ new tech and modalities. Recruits are balking @ schools that don’t have @DrivelineBB @rapsodo et al. Kids are smarter & want tools to be better. Old school, rub dirt on it, do it my way guy is fading. Adapt or die. – at McKinney, TX

TAKE WITH INTENT. So much can be learned from the way hitters take pitches. Were they ready to attack EVERY pitch? We want our hitters to have their "foot on the gas" with a "pedal to the metal" mentality. If the pitch is a take, then they "hit the brakes." @IHSBCA1 #ihsbca19
