Here's a story about John Terry .
In 2005 Chelsea played Bayern Munich in The Champions League at Stamford Bridge .
My son was chosen as the mascot - he was very excited .
We arrived at the East Stand reception at Bridge to be met by the lady who looks after the mascots .
I haven't been on here for a long time but the sad news of Bobby Tambling's passing prompted me to re-post this amazing interview myself and @cerilevy did with the great man in January 2017. RIP one of our all-time legends .

Cheeky ask but I'm after one ticket for Ipswich away on December 30th - it's for me personally - if anyone can help me out I would be very grateful! Happy to pay FV . Someone I follow would be great - any "bro, DM me, I have spares" chancers/scammers can get in the bin.
If any of you want to find me on Bluesky, which is where I'll be mostly residing on social media from now on instead of on this vile cess pit of a platform, I'll be at mrasaunders.bsky.social - hopefully see some of you there ! If not , it was nice knowing (most of) you x
Thanks to everyone who came to this years Music Business UK Awards on Tuesday - let's do it all again next year !

Love this. Cake arranged by Oasis’s record label to celebrate Definitely Maybe getting to number one. Pinched from @mrasaunders ‘s (who was Director of Communications of Creation Records ) Instagram feed.
Sobering ..... they are disappearing fast and mark my words , when they've gone they are never coming back. We're all excited about the Oasis reunion but never forget - without grassroots music venues they wouldn't exist .
The sobering reality that only 11 of the 34 grassroots music venues that @Oasis played on their first tour still exist today.
Gone are 23 spaces that took a punt on a new band from #Manchester who would become one of the most iconic in British music history.

Genuinely interested - has anyone actually spent money on the Chelsea stream? It's so easy not to pay for it ....
Blue shirt (the right shade of blue, mind) , club badge , sponsor logo if you absolutely must ... that's it . Easy ! Next!
Somebody was paid to write this nonsense ....
Taking a closer look at our @NikeFootball 24/25 home kit.
An orange accent colour represents a different kind of fire coming through our ranks.
The melting pot pattern, resembling liquid gold and silver, is a fusion of our rich legacy with the ever-hot youth culture within our city.
5 years ago today - one of the all time great moments in cricket - "England win the World Cup by the barest of margins , by the barest of all margins ...." Spinetingling ......
