🙄 … this is unacceptable behaviour @ScopelyExplore 1. the majority of us don’t have screen shots to post because it happened on every raid for over an hour. 2. There was such poor communication from you guys that many of us lost multiple raid passes both remote and in person thinking it was local service issues 3. Two free in-person passes and 1 remote pass does not make up the financial loss to many 4. When are you going to admit there was issues with the other boosts? And the increase shiny rates for a $20-30 Deluxe ticket were a complete joke and misleading. Show some accountability and stop pushing people to use an AI Chat bot and acknowledge that this was a GLOBALLY affected incident that every one of your players lost at minimum 5+ passes
