2/2 since moving to Jersey from his career in the UK as a Rates assessor, where they do use a valuation basis. Rates Assessors 'assess' the attributes of the property, NOT the value. That he can't understand this is his problem, but he should have never been Rates Assessor here

Mid week, mid November 0620hrs, and @PortsofJersey*s security unable to handle the capacity of flights it's known about and must have numbers for weeks/months ago. Queue snaking the length of the departure hall. Lots missing flights, due to @PortsofJersey incompetence.

LOLz @JERairport on a roll, baggage computer has failed too, so bags having to be manually labelled by ground staff... good luck seeing your pants again, those who checked bags in before queuing again for 45mins. rush through security as flights closed leaving people in the queue
