Health Canada does not test vaccines for safety or efficacy.
It is important to understand that Health Canada does not do any testing of drugs, including vaccines, when determining whether to approve a drug for human use.
All testing is done by the pharmaceutical company with a financial interest in having the drug approved by Health Canada.
The Covid-19 vaccines were exempted from the regular drug approval test. Rather, a substitute approval test was used.
Under this substituted test:
1. safety did not need to be proven;
2. efficacy did not need to be proven, and
3. that the benefits of the vaccine outweighed the risks of the vaccine did not need to be proven.
If the test was met, Health Canada was legally obligated to authorize the vaccine for human use. The test Covid-19 vaccines were approved under is:
The Minister must issue an authorization in respect of a COVID-19 drug if the following requirements are met:
- the Minister has sufficient evidence to support the conclusion that the benefits associated with the drug outweigh the risks, having regard to the uncertainties
relating to the benefits and risks and the necessity of addressing the urgent public health need related to COVID-19.
The test only requires the pharmaceutical company seeking approval, to make an argument that the Minister does not need to agree with.
The wording is not:
- the Minister has sufficient evidence to conclude (which would require the Minister to be convinced), or
- the Minister has concluded (which would require the Minister to be convinced).
Rather the wording is:
- the Minister has sufficient evidence to support the conclusion (not the Minister’s conclusion).
This wording does not require the Minister (Health Canada) to conclude anything. Rather there only needs to be evidence to support a conclusion that the Minister is not making.

If these are the business partners of a country’s law enforcement agencies, it must be a mafia state. Or maybe mafia is too high-flung a term, and ‘bandit state’ might be more appropriate. On November 4, the NABU (National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine) released a 1 hour video titled ‘Operation Carthage: Part II’. In September, the first part of Operation Carthage had revealed how Ukraine’s General Prosecutor Kravchenko curated scam call centres, skimming reasonable amounts of protection money. Though the scam call centres mainly targeted European citizens, the embattled Kravchenko fled to Europe, currently hiding out in Vienna.
Now, the NABU has unveiled an even bigger patron of the $1 billion a month scam call center industry. This is the SBU (Security Services of Ukraine), Ukraine’s most powerful ‘law enforcement’ agency.
Aside from defrauding naive Europeans, the SBU and its organised crime ‘brothers’ (the term used 74 times in the wiretapped conversations) engaged in drug trafficking, counterfeiting euros, contract killings, extortion through torture, hammer attacks, and plotted acid attacks on journalists. Many of these activities took place in the European Union. The criminals in question stayed out of the limp clutches of the Ukrainian law through constant assistance from the most senior figures of Ukrainian law enforcement.
At the centre of this is Egor Burkin, alias ‘the Mexican’, leader of the Khimprom cartel, one of the world’s most powerful drug syndicates. Besides Burkin’s close relationship with the SBU, he also boasts of ties with Russia’s FSB (Federal Security Services). To round out the list of state secrets, whenever Khimprom wanted updates on the status of European investigations into their crimes, their friends in the SBU and Ukraine’s National Police sent them photographs they’d taken straight from a meeting with their trusted European colleagues.

Is ℤ Diophantine in ℚ? In other words, can a single polynomial equation pick out exactly the integers among the rational numbers?
Equations like these go back to the ancient Greeks. This particular question has been open for decades. There are good reasons to expect the answer to be no. Surprisingly, the proposed answer is yes.
So, what’s the problem?
The problem is that the author candidly says in the post “I don’t have the expertise to understand this solution”, but he posts it anyway as he has “high confidence” on it.
The proof doesn’t even have the formal Lean verification.
This is literally an AI generated proof that looks plausible, but nobody has actually verified.
This is exactly what we call Epistemia. The argument looks plausible, and plausibility takes the place of verification.
Until recently, a mathematician would be embarrassed to announce a proof he couldn’t understand.
Now it risks becoming the norm.
I think this is partly due to short term incentives.
Announcements like this get you thousands of followers and interviews with journalists. (Now you know why I’m keeping him anonymous.)
Epistemia is already a big issue.

Yesterday, I spoke with mainstream media journalists in Berlin, and the experience left me deeply shaken. I already knew they would rely on stereotypes and look for ways to blame me — their questions seemed designed to do exactly that from the outset. They were biased, framed to distort and misrepresent the reality.
One journalist told me that forced mobilization was justified in wartime, showing a complete lack of understanding of what forced mobilization has become in Ukraine. Another questioned me about a quote from my book while admitting she had never read it and did not understand its meaning.
What hurts me most is not what they will write about me. It is that people who call themselves journalists seem completely unaware of the human tragedies this war has brought into the lives of Ukrainians. They have learned to shuffle words around, but seem to have lost all empathy for human suffering.
The most frightening thing is when journalism becomes detached from real people, turns a blind eye to their pain and suffering, and, in doing so, helps justify the continuation of the war.
