On 7th October 2023, genocidal, antisemitic Hamas terrorists invaded Israel, where they committed barbaric, twisted acts of terror.
They murdered some 1,200 innocent people in cold blood, raping and torturing along the way, and took more than 250 hostage, ranging in age from babies to the elderly.
Three years on, the Jewish world continues to grieve, and experience an unprecedented global rise in antisemitism.
Our thoughts are with the families of the murdered and with the survivors who are still living with the trauma.
May their memory be a blessing.

Today, people across the country are walking for someone they love. 💛
At Chatsworth, hundreds of people are coming together to walk, remember and honour the people who have been affected by brain tumours.
And across the country, supporters are taking part in their own Walks of Hope - each with their own story, their own reason and someone special in mind. One of those supporters is Lisa, who is taking part in Promenade park Walk of Hope in Essex.
Lisa was diagnosed with a 5cm meningioma after experiencing seizures, including one shortly after giving birth to her son, Noah. Her diagnosis and treatment changed her life, and she is now using her experience to raise awareness and support vital brain tumour research.
Today, Lisa is walking to help make a difference for others affected by brain tumours.
Every step matters. Every story matters. And together, we can help create a future where brain tumours no longer devastate lives.
Support Lisa and everyone taking part in Walk of Hope. bit.ly/4ntUUKY

“Without Brain Tumour Research funding, I simply wouldn't have been able to do the PhD.”
Elliot Kearney hadn’t considered doing a PhD after his master’s, thinking they were all self-funded.
Now he is a postdoctoral research assistant working on meningioma.
By funding PhD students through our Centre of Excellence awards, we are helping to develop a new generation of scientists dedicated to improving outcomes for patients with brain tumours.
Elliot’s PhD research suggests that macrophages, a type of white blood cell, help create the blood supply to schwannomas which helps them grow.
He said these findings “help lay the groundwork” for future treatments.
