Today’s announcement marks an important step for The Smarter Web Company. Subject to approval of the Prospectus by the FCA, launch, and all conditions to the Possible IPO being satisfied, we expect the proposed Preferred Shares to be the first of their kind in the UK: a pounds sterling-denominated, London Stock Exchange Main Market-listed perpetual preferred share issued by a UK-incorporated commercial company with a Bitcoin treasury strategy. We have been working towards the Possible IPO for some time, and I am very pleased that we are now able to share this exciting development with our Shareholders.
The proposed Preferred Shares are designed to provide an additional source of long-term capital, broaden the range of investors able to invest in the Company and further diversify our capital structure. We believe that by providing a differentiated investment option alongside our Ordinary Shares, we can create a capital structure that gives us greater flexibility to pursue our long-term ambitions through different market conditions.
This is a natural next step in our 10-Year Plan and supports our ambition to build a stronger, more adaptable business, combining the growth of our operating businesses with the continued development of our Bitcoin treasury strategy to create long-term value for our investors.

Hey @Grok
Please correct me if any of this is wrong. Be concise and don't whitewash anything.
Every Sunday afternoon, New York time, Benjamin Netanyahu would call Larry Silverstein. Didn’t matter the topic. Didn’t matter where Bibi was. He always called. Haaretz reported it in November 2001.
Silverstein signed the 99-year WTC lease in late July 2001, and since then he showed up every morning to eat breakfast at Windows on the World at the top of the North Tower. Except the morning of 9/11.
He took out the terrorism-covered insurance package when he closed the deal, roughly six to seven weeks before the attacks, then spent years in court arguing two planes meant two occurrences so he could collect double. Walked away with about $4.55 billion.
The towers were packed with asbestos. The Port Authority had already been looking at $500 million to $1 billion just to abate it.
Just a string of coincidences, right?

When middle aged British women who would usually be spending their Sunday evening watching Midsomer Murders hop into a kayak to refuel British lads in the middle of the English channel you know things are changing.
Well done to all involved in Portsmouth last night 👏👏🇬🇧

I am becoming increasingly pissed off that third world conmen invading our country are being placed ahead of law-abiding British men and women.

St Paul’s Cathedral has signed a four-year partnership with London nightclub Fabric to stage contemporary music events inside the cathedral until 2030.
The first event will take place on 29th October. Artists have not yet been announced.
Fabric lost its licence in 2016 after two 18-year-olds died following drug use linked to the venue, before later reopening under stricter conditions.
St Paul’s says the partnership is intended to attract new audiences and create “unforgettable experiences” in the cathedral.
Pure satanism.
