💬 How did the recording process for this EP go after your surgery and recovery? Were you satisfied with your voice? 🧒🏻 The only song that rec that I recorded after my recovery was blinded. Everything else was recorded. Oh, blinded and get the hell away from me. Everything else was recorded before get the hell away from me. It was hard, it took me two days. Blinded was also hard, took me three days. 💬 Ohhh ! And your voice was good !!! 🧒🏻 Um, okay. Let me just be very clear on what learning to sing means again. Can I sing a phrase? Yeah, probably. I'd have to do a few tries to get it right. Can I sing a whole song through? No. Can I sing an hour and a half? No. It wouldn't sound good. It just, it wouldn't be very. So that's what I mean by relearning how to sing. The standard uh the standard I put myself is putting a show on like I did on tour. It's not about sounding good in one phrase. 🥺

It was kind of a long process getting it out and it took a while, but I'm glad that we finally got around to it. Do you guys have a favorite so far? I know you guys have only had like a day to digest. I think more than just making music to be digested at a wide scale, more than chasing melody or a hook or a lyric that um, a repetition value, I think this project is one that has a little bit more depth and uh, has room for growth and listening and the more you listen to it, the more things you discover and more things you realize about the lyrics or even more things you hear in the melody that you grow to like. I think anxiety might not be the most popular song off rip, but I do feel like it'll, I do feel like it'll be one of those songs that people do enjoy for a long time.
