Please keep RTing this and @SouthwestAir. Again, they broke my wheelchair. They're fixing it, but haven't done so or given me a replacement chair for a month. I've lost work because of this and haven't been compensated for it. A voucher was offered, but nothing for lost income.

I'm going to scream. I just spent nearly an hour and a half on the phone with @SouthwestAir just to learn they told me to call the wrong department. Again, this is after they broke my wheelchair, didn't fix it for a month & now don't want to compensate me for my lost income. 🙃
