🛑 New Video Appears to Show Ricardo Gonzalez Attacking ICE Agent in Long Beach 🛑
DHS already said Ricardo Gonzalez was arrested for smashing an ICE vehicle's side mirror. Now this video appears to show him going after an ICE agent too.
Assaulting, resisting, or impeding a federal officer is a crime under 18 U.S.C. § 111. Damaging federal property is a separate federal crime. He should be charged for both.
This is insane, @USAttyEssayli. ICE agents can't even do their jobs anymore without locals jumping them in the street. If this isn't prosecuted, the next agent pays for it.
🛑 Exclusive: ICE Says Rider Smashed Federal Vehicle Mirror in North Long Beach 🛑
On Saturday, October 17, ICE ran a targeted operation in North Long Beach, California, near Ellis Street and Locust Avenue. The goal was to arrest an at-large criminal illegal alien.
ICE says a man on an e-bike smashed the mirror of a government vehicle and was arrested. He is identified as Ricardo Gonzalez, 40. His family says he is a U.S. citizen born in Hanford, California, and a former city employee.
A neighbor told the Long Beach Post that agents accused him of throwing something at their car. A crowd of about 50 people then surrounded the officers and blocked their vehicles. The standoff lasted about an hour.
ICE agents called 911 to report vehicle vandalism and a person in need of medical aid. Long Beach police took him from the agents and brought him to a fire station, where paramedics took him to a hospital. LBPD says it did not take part in immigration enforcement and made no arrests. Police told ICE to file a vandalism report with the city.
Federal law is clear. Under 18 U.S.C. 111, assaulting, resisting or impeding a federal officer carries up to 8 years in prison if there is physical contact, and up to 20 years if a deadly weapon is used or someone is injured. Under 18 U.S.C. 1361, damaging federal property worth more than $1,000 carries up to 10 years.
Instead of asking why a federal vehicle was damaged, Mayor Rex Richardson filed a complaint with the DHS Inspector General and said ICE "should be abolished." Rep. Robert Garcia posted "ICE is not welcome in Long Beach. Abolish ICE."
ICE's full statement:
"On October 17, 2026, ICE conducted a targeted enforcement operation in Long Beach, California to arrest an at-large criminal illegal alien. During the operation, anti-ICE agitators attempted to impede operations, threaten officers, and damage government vehicles despite officers giving lawful commands. Officers followed their training and used the minimum amount of force.
ICE did NOT hit an individual on a bike. An individual was arrested after he smashed the mirror of a government vehicle. Resisting arrest is dangerous and can result in injury.
The rioter was transferred to the custody of local police, and we are investigating potential charges for the damage to a government vehicle.
ICE law enforcement officers are trained to use the minimum amount of force necessary to resolve dangerous situations to prioritize the safety of the public and our officers. Officers are highly trained in de-escalation tactics and regularly receive ongoing use of force training. The latest ICE use of force policy is available here.
We have seen a highly coordinated campaign of violence against our law enforcement. Our brave law enforcement is facing more than a 1,600% increase in assaults, 3,300% increase in vehicular attacks, and an 8,000% increase in death threats against them. This violence must end. Anybody who lays a hand on our officers or tries to obstruct them is committing a felony and a federal crime."

As many of you know, in recent days Data Republican has been releasing transcripts, videos and audio recordings of a group of groups plotting to use violence to force President Trump to take protective actions (i.e., the Insurrection Act) that will result in the overthrow of our Constitution in favor of the will of Democrat governors.
These groups include former USAID employees and other ex-national security officials, and the plans they discuss are straight out of the color revolution tactics, techniques and procedures those same people have been using for decades to overthrow foreign governments unfriendly to the USA.
This is the biggest news story in decades, right?
Yet no one in the mainstream media will touch it.
Except to defend it.

The plotters behind this effort are obviously alarmed by the recent public uncovering of their conspiracy, so they have done what any reputable Democrat determined to overthrow the electoral choices of the American people would do: run to a friendly press outlet to drop a soft-pedaled puff piece to run top cover for their efforts, and blame Trump.
If you read this article, it does not talk about a coup conspiracy. Instead it talks about a bunch of well-meaning, patriotic, anonymous ex-national security officials simply trying to protect America from the evil dictator Trump destroying “our democracy.”
This article itself is straight out of the color revolution tactics—it’s propaganda designed to condition a populace to accept illegitimate actions.
The Washington Post is part of the plot.

Dear America,
I was asked by the utterly fraudulent, America-hating, leftist propaganda rag known as @nytimes to be interviewed for a story about how J6ers are faring post-pardon.
Never mind the fact that I wasn’t pardoned but rather fully exonerated within the legal system—by refusing a false plea deal, defending my innocence at trial including 4 brutal hours of my own testimony on the stand,
suffering a year (366 days) of unjust imprisonment—including 4 months of torturous isolation abuse,
winning vindication at the Supreme Court,
and then refusing to cave to DOJ pressure to sign away the remainder of my appeal, finally winning a complete and historic victory when the DOJ later vacated all charges with prejudice.
Obviously the liars and hacks at NYT would never inform you of that, so I decided I should do the interview directly with you—who wants to pay NYT for toilet paper, anyways?
But despite this victory, I am still suffering many enduring consequences of the unprecedented government weaponization that systematically destroyed my life and so many others permanently tainted by the J6 Fedsurrection dragnet—the largest law enforcement manhunt in U.S. history.
Relationships permanently poisoned.
Reputation permanently damaged.
Career utterly destroyed.
Finances drained.
Depression, a demon I’ve battled for many years, raging even more intensely.
Anxiety and exhaustion plaguing every step that I take in pursuit of rebuilding a shattered life.

But we are hurting, badly, regardless of the disgusting lies the NY Times is sure to sell—and we do need help.

The past few days, I got my hands on thousands of new transcripts and hundreds of recordings, thanks to leads from @SKDoubleDub33 and @iamlisalogan .
You've heard that the DSA is proposing structural reforms to America, including abolishing the Senate and imposing term limits.
What you not have heard is - there is an operational plan to put it all into action. If the Democratic Party sweeps 2026, then DSA will become "foot soldiers" in constant clashes with the administration to cross a "red line" or invoke a "doomsday scenario" - meaning, President Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, probably sometime in 2027.
