Here are five questions to ask about every AI workflow that can take action:
5. What changes trigger another review?
Recheck workflows when models change, new connections or credentials are added, runtimes grow longer, or logs and incidents reveal new risk.
Keep moving with AI. Limit authority. Review changes.
The goal is to understand what each workflow can do on the company's behalf and govern high-risk actions intentionally.
