@ChaseSupport Complaint - Your travel website is misleading. You advertise that tickets can be cancelled within 24 hours, but this is not always true, despite it specifically saying so on the flight I booked.

@Zoom I opened a ticket with Zoom regarding someone taking over ownership of my business account, and I got this helpful reply. This is a security issue that cannot wait, and I'm a paying customer that should have the ability to open a ticket.
