@BucknellU Biology we just finished year two of requiring a 1st year CURE for all Biology majors - standalone (no lecture), instructor specific topics with up to 16 students per section, 4-5 hour a week in lab.
It's been so rewarding for all the reasons #CUREs are awesome!
