#MelissaCasias Morgan Wright, CEO and Founder of the National Center for Open and Unsolved Cases and an internationally recognized intelligence expert, tells Los Angeles, “Because this is more anthropological, because of the recovery of bones, there could be a lot of work being done to reconstruct her final posture in relation to the weapon. And when you only have human remains available, it’s nearly impossible to do any kind of toxicology testing because there is no tissue or hair available. The other issue is just workload. I don’t know how backed up they are, and that’s actually been a contributing factor from things like this… to the testing of rape kits to testing of DNA, in almost every state.” @morganwright_us
