All credit to the medical and safety teams today for swift action 👏🏻 Thoughts with the SAFC supporter. On the pitch - a fantastic first half in particular, and a seventh consecutive home win. Enjoyed Neill up front with much more agility! #Shrimps

Great win in the end, but a frustrating watch with numerous fluffed chances. Boney kept us in it at a crucial time, and persistence eventually paid off! On to Saturday #Shrimps

Very comfortable win; it was like watching walking football at times, but when we turn up the tempo and move the ball quicker, we can cause problems. On to the next one 👏🏻 ⚽️ 🦐

Pedestrian performance on the whole and would have absolutely taken a point if we could have held on for it. Alas, poor game management and we gifted it away. Severely lacking options still #Shrimps

Much better tonight, particularly first half. Should have been further out of sight but instead a bit of a nervous end. Desperate for more depth in the squad! #Shrimps

Hands down the worst Morecambe team in my time supporting the Club, on current showing. There is nothing there at all #shrimps

Better second half, but still some worrying signs for me. I don't think this team, as it stands, is anywhere near challenging where it ought to #Shrimps

Much better second half but a lot to learn from. Substitutions far too late, but presumably not quite fit #Shrimps

Put 11 training dummies on the pitch and Boreham Wood would have had a tougher first half #MORvBOR #Shrimps

In fairness to PW, the reported period pre-dates their ownership and they lost 3 months of the usual 9 to report by not being through the door, let alone catching up. I fully anticipated the "loophole" would be taken, its what they publish that will be more interesting #Shrimps

Morecambe FC, relegated three times in four seasons, and with owners who have failed to convince fans that they have the interests of the club at heart, use a legal loophole to delay publishing their accounts for an extra three months. If you have nothing to hide, hide nothing is my view.

We all knew this was coming but that performance was typical of most of this season. Everything else going in our favour and we serve up absolute tripe. No fight, no desire. Deservedly relegated. Clear the lot out #shrimps
