In meditation, anchors provide a steady point of reference, helping you to find a sense of calm amidst the ever-changing landscape of the mind.
If you’re lucky enough to live near a body of water, the sound of a flowing river or crashing waves can serve as powerful anchors. Other anchors include the sensation of your breath flowing in and out of your nostrils, or even a familiar object such as a piece of art or a personal keepsake.
What’s your go-to meditation anchor?
Grab a pen and journal, and move through this 20-minute meditative storytelling experience to discover the transformative art of rewriting the stories in your mind.

Next time you are looking up at the sky, watching the clouds drift by, pause for a moment.
In that simple act of observing, do you notice a sense of timelessness, knowing the dance of the clouds has been happening way before you were born and will continue long after you’re gone.
Witness the play of light and shadow, the movement and the stillness, and the sensation of the breeze against your skin—and how all of it combines into the only moment there truly is, the now.
Imagine your mind as a lens through which you see the world.
Just as different lenses on a camera can capture the same scene in vastly different ways, our thoughts, beliefs, and mindset colour how we perceive the world around us.
This concept reminds us of the incredible power we hold in shaping our own reality. By becoming aware of our mental filters and cultivating mindfulness, we can learn to perceive the world in its full spectrum of beauty and wonder.
We shared several live meditations with the attendees (one of which you can listen to in the app), and our Founder, Kim, engaged in an insightful conversation with @GwynethPaltrow discussing the app’s vision and its inspiring inception.
Beauty lies in the simple moments, the ones we often overlook in the rush of the day.
Whether it’s the warmth of a morning sunbeam, the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee, or a smile from a passing stranger.
Let these moments serve as reminders for you to pause, to be present, and to savor the sweetness of being alive.
You are not separate from the universe that surrounds you. Instead, you are an integral part of the vast, interconnected web of existence.
When you meditate, you peel back the layers of conditioning, beliefs, and identities that often obscure this fundamental truth. You uncover the true essence of your being—the part of you that is not defined by roles, labels, or limitations.
You begin to awaken 👁️
Have you ever tried meditating with your eyes open?
This 11-minute meditation is a great place to start. It will help you to look inwards while looking outwards, so you can become more present in daily life and stay mindful, no matter what is going on in the world around you.
Visit the Moments Bank in the MoS app, and tap on 'Eyes Open' to begin the session 🤍
In the ordinary, lies the extraordinary.

We’ve got something truly special in store, more details coming soon 👀
Like clouds, thoughts come and go, sometimes lightly drifting by and other times overshadowing our awareness.
By observing our thoughts without attachment, we learn to return to the clarity and stillness of our inner sky, recognising that while we may think thoughts, we are not our thoughts.
Have you tried the Mind Path in the MoS app? It will help you to experience thoughts as the watcher rather than the thinker, helping you to create a healthier relationship with your mind.

When we are constantly focused on “doing,” on achieving goals or completing tasks, we miss out on the beauty that surrounds us in the present.
We may find ourselves seeking happiness in the future, always looking ahead to the next achievement or possession that we believe will finally bring us contentment.
When we practise simply “being,” we learn to find happiness in the simple moments of everyday existence, recognising that true joy is not found in external circumstances but within ourselves.
This month’s theme is Presence, where we’ll explore the art of being in the moment. Listen to our latest Instagram live meditation ‘Be Here Now’ in our feed to get started 🤍
