Batching puts them in one transaction. You prepare and sign once, and sharing transaction overhead can reduce fees.
But every recipient can inspect the other outputs.

If you control primal, damus or mom relays then you could create a fake notification. Wasabi will display "there is a new version" and download the files from the attacker server. However, those files will fail to verify the signature so they'll never execute.
