The WHEN part brings the Progressive of PWA to SSG websites. You can choose to hydrate your component on CPU idle, or on visible etc.

I've been writing more and more tests lately and I can't say enough good things about Web Test Runner + Playwright.
Testing in three [real] browsers concurrently is just incredible!

Chrome, Firefox, and any browser you download on your iPhone/iPad are skins on top of the apple WebKit browser engine.
The reason for this is due to section 2.5.6 in the Apple App Store rules.
