This investigatory process should become an accepted model for use against all activist judges.
The activist judge who blocked RFK Jr.'s SNAP reform just got stripped of her gavel.
The 14th Circuit placed Judge Josephine Barron on restricted duty, limiting her to warrant motions and procedural busywork while investigators dig into her finances.
"The court wants to know if she's on someone's payroll," said Chief Clerk Jon Raebro. "Activism from the bench has consequences."
Barron is the third judge this month to face disciplinary action for political interference.
The judiciary is finally cleaning house.
What's your response to this......??👀
MAKE THIS GO VIRAL ON X. LET’S GO 👏
Excellent analysis and agree completely. And Ukraine simply cannot win this war. Russia has the largest inventory of tactical nukes in the world and will begin deploying them if he is pushed too hard. Tit -for- tat would then result in world thermonuclear war.

Not nearly good enough. If Blue State election officials are blocking voter & welfare rolls that the Feds are entitled to, they need to be prosecuted! Has DOJ done this? Why not??
🚨 BREAKING: Stephen Miller sounds the alarm that the Trump admin has tried to obtain federal voter AND welfare rolls from blue states for almost 2 YEARS to root out non-citizens — and they REFUSED
"Democrat judges BLOCKED DOJ/DHS. In every blue state you can vote or get welfare just by checking a box." 🤯
Blue states are chronic cheaters.
Both in voting and in taxpayer welfare.
Or else they'd have nothing to hide!
If this is true and the DOJ actually intends to prosecute her, the bigger story is that she, & perhaps other key Congress members & appointees may no longer be UniParty protected. Too early to definitively draw this conclusion but it seems possible and would be earthshaking.
🚨 BREAKING: Federal prosecutors now have Ilhan Omar's DNA, and they could use it to prove she MARRIED HER BROTHER to commit immigration fraud — NYP
FINALLY! 👏🏻
The DNA is "critical" to proving Omar wed Ahmed Nur Said Elmi in 2009 to help him get a green card
Seems like there are MULTIPLE avenues now being pursued. There were prior discussions about her father and her age as well
"Some form of immigration fraud before a grand jury" is purportedly the goal.
Elmi applied for a marriage-based green card in 2019, then WITHDREW it when USCIS asked for more evidence about the marriage
There's a "solid basis" to take conspiracy charges to a grand jury, and a conspiracy charge lets prosecutors reach conduct older than the statute of limitations
Tom Homan said the feds have "a strong case" that could lead to stripping her citizenship!
She's denied this for YEARS.
BUT THEY HAVE THE DNA 🔥🔥
Hitchens’ response was not only historically accurate but also prescient in that it implicitly foretold the similar Muslim acts of conquest & destruction toward the “Infidel” that we see through W. Europe & now beginning in the U.S. Hard to believe leaders didn’t see it coming.
So, what’s the downside for an illegal immigrant illegally registering to vote, being deported? Like that isn’t happening anyway? Can they be double-secretly deported?
Federal authorities have begun arresting 28 noncitizens accused of illegally registering to vote, with prosecutors saying many also cast ballots in past elections. At least 11 suspects were in custody early Monday, and more arrests are expected, First Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli said.
The DOJ says it has charged 113 noncitizens across 20 states with voting and registration offenses in the past seven weeks, and 156 people with voting fraud-related offenses since the administration began. Essayli said authorities are investigating thousands of additional potential cases nationwide.
Macron is a craven lame duck that has enabled the evisceration of France, allowing hordes of Muslims to infiltrate his country, burning its institutions and destroying its culture. Marine LE Pen must be elected to save an otherwise lost France.
The argument against this is simply that many women that would have otherwise recanted their false testimony of rape, allowing an innocent man freedom from false conviction, or from prison if convicted, would then be intimidated from doing so, given her being criminally charged.
A woman who falsely accuses a man of sexual harassment and/or rape causes enormous harm not just to the man, but to all women who have actually been harassed or raped as their truthful claims will sadly be perceived to be less credible.
The result: fewer guilty rapists will be convicted, and more innocent accused rapists will be punished with extended time in jail for a crime they did not commit.
And yes, the same is true regardless of the gender of the accuser and the accused.
As such, the punishment for such a false accusation should be extremely severe, i.e., jail time, to discourage such behavior.
Tell me why I am wrong.
It’s gone beyond cartoonish British police simply being typecast as idiots. They are openly embracing the abject stupidity of their political superiors, without dissent. This is Totalitarianism, pure and simple. And in this environment Britain will soon become France.

AI will reduce the number of software engineers, but it will not eliminate software engineering as a skill.
When you learned basic arithmetic, you weren't allowed to use calculators. Once you got past basic arithmetic, and moved on to advanced mathematics, you started to use the calculator. Understanding basic arithmetic is still important.
When AI got better at chess than humans, humans didn't stop playing chess. In fact, many more people play chess at a high level now, because it is easier than ever to learn strategies and tactics with AI.
Humans will always be curious and enjoy problem solving and competition. The only thing in question is whether these skills will be marketable.
Trump’s vetting team has always been suspect. Kari Lake should have been 1st choice for his P-Secretary. The fact she wasn’t likely means someone in authority vetoed her. That ‘someone’ shouldn’t remain on the vetting team. Trump needs to be more “hands on” selecting vetters.
Kari Lake was a news anchor for (22) yrs in Phoenix... she knows how to handle the media
@realDonaldTrump should consider her to be his press sec... she's good... real good

The plan: scare & harass conservatives from participating in politics and government. Run you out of the public square. And re-open the gates to unfettered, anti-Western mass migration. That’s their plan.
ON UCHICAGO CAMPUS: U.S. Senator from Michigan Elissa Slotkin hopes planned political prosecutions of republican leaders will scare young conservatives from getting involved in politics.
@ElissaSlotkin
Zelensky is defying a settlement bec he’s refusing to make ANY Ukraine territory concessions to Russia. Trump knows this and is now pressuring him severely by both defunding him & taking the pressure off Russia. Alternative is a perpetual war with untold added deaths.
It did not come as a surprise to me to see President Trump sign an executive order to “waive the application of any sanctions provision”.
Lindsey Graham knew the bottom-line goal of President Trump was to stop the killing, stop the fighting between Ukraine and Russia, and Graham himself created the ability of waivers in the sanction regime specifically so that Trump would have maximum flexibility in providing economic carrots to Russia.
The waiver option is in HR5334 specifically so that President Trump can use it…. And so, he did, DUH! And Lindsey Graham knew he would. And the media are going bananas.
But it’s not the domestic politics that is really annoying here. After all, these are insufferable American politicians and insufferable American media doing the insufferable narrative engineering they are well known for. This is to be expected, and as noted earlier the majority of the American people can see through the games being played.
The frustrating part is watching Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy engage in his now-famous passive-aggressive, too-cute-by-half routine.
New York Times Leads Leftist Media Movement to Target Trump for Exempting Russia from New U.S. Sanctions Regime theconservativetreehouse.com…
Far too many Republicans are are buying into this little weasel’s shtick and no one that supports him should be re-elected to Congress. And not another $0.10 to the quagmire money pit known as Ukraine!
Is this what Democratic Socialists want for America? Anyone that thinks this can’t happen here is unspeakably naive.

This 8-second moment reveals Donald Trump better than any speech ever could. No teleprompter. No cameras arranged for the moment. No staff instructing him on what to do. Just Trump — walking across the South Lawn toward Marine One — tired after a long day that began before sunrise — and a young Marine standing at attention by the door. Most people pass that Marine without even a second look. Trump stopped.
Lifted his hand. Returned the salute. Looked that young soldier straight in the eyes. Eight seconds. That was all it took.
But in those eight seconds — I saw everything I needed to understand about this man.
Because nobody told him to do it. There was no photographer perfectly placed to capture the scene. No press release issued afterward saying, "President Trump honors Marine today."
He did it because that is simply the kind of person he is.
A man who notices the people others walk past. A man who understands — deep in his bones — that the young soldier standing at that door has sacrificed something precious to be there. Missed mornings with his family. Holidays away from home. The simple, peaceful life that so many of us take for granted.
And that deserves recognition.
Not just once. Not only when cameras are watching.
Every. Single. Time.
I have been thinking about this moment all day. Because in a world filled with leaders who show respect for the cameras — here is a 80-year-old man quietly demonstrating it when nobody seems to be watching.
That is not politics.
That is character.
And character — genuine, deep, unscripted character — does not take a day off. It does not stop to check whether anyone is watching before choosing to do the right thing.
It simply shows up. The way Donald Trump shows up — for this country, for these soldiers, for every person who serves quietly without recognition — day after day.
God bless President Trump. And God bless every soldier standing guard tonight who may never make a headline — but who helps make America possible
Yes, emphasis needs to be on linkage between these audits and criminal prosecution. Dept of Treasury doesn’t have Prosecutorial capability. Congressional criminal referrals ignored by DOJ is not an favorable precedent.
So much for an “energy” cease fire….. did anyone seriously think this would last for more than 3 microseconds? And ~$170bil+ of U.S. treasure to prop up a non-NATO dictatorship? Quagmire doesn’t even….. we need to cut bait.
It’s incredibly puzzling that DOJ hasn’t been more proactive in investing & prosecuting e-fraud and rigging, I.e., not the low hanging fruit, illegal voters, but the political appointees that enable them. Any Explanation?
