Stepping outside my comfort zone this week, flying to Guernsey to deliver on my absolute love- Early Years leadership training to headteachers across the island. 💚 Deepening our knowledge, challenging our thinking & stepping beyond what feels comfortable is how we grow as leaders. Not quite the week I had planned, but one thing is for sure… I couldn’t be prouder of Team Accomplish. 💚 It’s in times of challenge that the true strength, spirit and power of a team really shine through. This week has reminded me just how special our Accomplish family is. A whole week spent in our schools, not delivering training, but alongside our staff and children, right at the heart of what matters most. A wonderful way to end the week at SHMA, seeing the transformational impact of a team determined to make a difference. Hear, hear! 🏛️🇬🇧 Our children stepped into the shoes of parliamentarians today as they debated whether mobile phones should be permitted in schools. The children impressed us with their thoughtful arguments, respectful discussion during our workshop with @LeePitcherMP . 🌟
