What does he mean by ‘The first defining 32 years’ @Mavumavu91? Is he just going to pretend that apartheid, which, to this day, still has a huge impact on our voting decisions, did not happen?

There’s an easy cure for this and it’s called medieval peasant-maxxing. You need to be building fires and playing festive carols. You need to be taking long walks, learning crafts and listening to stories read aloud. You need to be loading up on cheese and breads and pies.

Kwasuka lokho, and she is likely not the only individual experiencing this issue. These are local elections meant to address the needs of residents within their own municipalities. Requiring her to vote in a different city for a mayor who will not represent her interests raises serious concerns about the effectiveness and fairness of the electoral process the IEC administers! @IECSouthAfrica, shame on you!
