We’re not even a day into iPhone Duo and we already have more creativity, delight, and polish in iOS apps than 8 years of other folding phones. Folks comparing iOS and Android often miss one simple truth: iOS devs are always ready to up their game and deliver awesome on tap 🚀

Android devs had a 7-year head start and yet it's only now that we're getting to see true innovative ideas come to foldables. iOS devs are always at the forefront of interaction design.
Duo-Man offers the complete walkman experience on the iPhone Duo. Open the Duo to pick and 'insert' the cassette, Close the Duo to start listening. Yes, I actually recorded the button clicks and static noise from a real Walkman! It was fun making this at @bitrig hacks today.

As i was discussing with one of my work colleague and the point came out again - it doesn’t matter where you work. However, it matters more the kind of people you work with. The people who amplies your thinking and expand it further. That’s where you grow.

Was fortunate enough to have that opportunity.
Underrated career advice: Choose to work in a place with high talent density early in your career. You tend to rise or fall to the level of the people around you. When you work with exceptional people, you absorb their standards, pace, frameworks, and instincts almost through osmosis. High-talent environments compress learning cycles and force you to grow faster than you would on your own. They change your opportunity set and rewire your brain. The compounding effect of a few years in that environment can change the trajectory of your life. Early in your career, there’s probably nothing more valuable than choosing the room with the highest talent per square foot.

I've spent 10+ years writing production code, working at startups, Paytm, Uber, building products, managing teams, and getting multiple promotions. One lesson my corporate life taught me: Nobody gets promoted because they work the longest hours. The people who create the highest impact become difficult to ignore. Being busy and being valuable are two completely different things. Be so good that people around can't ignore you! 🔥

I've seen students from IITs fail interviews. I've also seen students from small colleges become exceptional engineers. The difference is definitely not intelligence. It is mainly consistency over a very long period of time. Very few are able to hold up themselves for a long time.

THANK YOU JUNAID ❤️ Dipke didn't. Sourav didn't. Ranka didn't. Wangchuk didn't. Gitanjali didn't. No one thanked Junaid. The same Junaid who was feeding thousands at Jantar Mantar every single day selflessly. Nobody condemned his family being harassed in UP. He wasn't even invited on the stage. Why? Because he is a MUSLIM! Thank you Junaid bhai, the youth of this country salutes you 🙏🫡

In 1984, a leader in Ladakh had gone on hunger strike. A Prime Minister had gone to persuade him to end it. Just leaving this here.

Unfortunate that Indians cannot appreciate the amazing things they have.
When I visited India a few years ago, I got my blood work done at 7am by a Healthcare worker who visited me, got the reports by 9am, doctor's appointment at 10am, followup multiple scans at 2pm, scan results came back at 3pm, followup doctor's phone appointment at 4pm, and medication delivered at 5pm at my doorstep. All this costed me 3000 rupees (~$30)
