AND THE GRAMMY FOR BEST ASIAN POP PERFORMANCE GOES TO BINI AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
practice lang
Filipino Swifties I think are a unique kind bc we grew up seeing and listening to technically incredible singers. Belting, whistling, modulation, riffs and runs, you name it. It saturated the media.
So tbh to us loving Taylor means a lot more than what she can do vocally.
Truth be told it would be crazy if the reason for someone’s being a Swiftie is that Tay’s a great vocalist. Compared to Celine, Ariana, etc., she’s not. She’s a storyteller first and so she sings to express, not to impress you silly little shallow bums.
I wanna go back to the time I was just replaying the You Belong With Me video over and over and over again. I didn’t even have the concept of haters back in the day. What a peaceful and joyous time.
im just glad taylor said we don’t need to bubblewrap her as much as we think we should because these haters are in mass psychosis
Atta girl!!!

‘FAILURE IS NOT SYNOYNMOUS WITH LOSING’
Filipino pole vault star EJ Obiena shared his thoughts on Monday, October 19, on how the public must support athletes after losing their tilts.
“We may be treated as ‘Gods’ of some sort. But we are not. We are human. And like all humans we have good days and bad day,” Obiena wrote.
Obiena’s statement came after discourse concerning Filipina tennis ace Alex Eala’s “slump,” following her early losses in her recent competitions, made rounds on social media.
Forgot I had video clips from when I met the Alex Eala in New York city hehehe anw here it is, internet
