$LTNC shareholders — these are some of the discrepancies in LTNC’s own public filings that deserve independent review: • LTNC originally reported $46.4M in total assets at 12/31/24. A later filing presents the same 12/31/24 period with only about $179K in assets. • LTNC recorded roughly $27.5M related to Illumination, after issuing 750M shares connected to that acquisition. • LTNC’s filing says it acquired Go Fast for 400M shares, a $1.083M convertible note, $250K cash and $687K of assumed liabilities — about $2.0M total. Earlier public records show another related company had already announced buying 100% of Go Fast in 2023. The ownership chain deserves an explanation. • LTNC reported purchasing Creager Mercantile for $5.169M, yet the actual acquisition footnote published in its annual report literally contained: “need a description of their business.” • LTNC later disclosed that Legacy Distribution ceased operations in June 2025 with no assets, after these businesses had previously supported substantial acquisition values. These are not rumors pulled from social media. They are issues raised by the company’s own disclosures and related public records. I am not saying anyone committed a crime. I am saying shareholders deserve an explanation and the regulators should independently review the historical accounting, acquisitions, valuations and share issuances. If you are an $LTNC shareholder and independently share these concerns, review the filings yourself and submit the documentation through the SEC’s official TCR — Tips, Complaints & Referrals system. Stick to the documents. Stick to the numbers. Let the SEC determine whether any securities laws were violated.

$LTNC Purposefully defrauding or misleading a federal bankruptcy court violates 18 U.S.C. §§ 152 and 157. Each count carries up to 5 years in federal prison, fines up to $250,000 (or twice the gain/loss), or both, plus possible restitution and supervised release. Civil results can include denial of discharge and case dismissal. Related charges may add more time. This is general info only, not legal advice.

$LTNC Transparency seems to have been discovered only after the spotlight started exposing what was really going on. Now suddenly there are cease-and-desist letters, letters to the Board, legal positioning, carefully worded disclosures, and everyone appears to be protecting themselves. It certainly looks like people are trying to protect their own backs now that the questions are getting harder and the paper trail matters. Where was all this urgency for transparency when shareholders were asking questions months ago? Where was it with Illumination? Where was it during the hype, the dilution, and all the ‘stock of the year’ talk? Now that things are coming into the light, suddenly everybody wants everything documented. That timing speaks for itself.”

$LTNC Suddenly Brad has discovered the word ‘transparency.’ Fine. Then where was that transparency with Illumination? If Illumination was materially important to LTNC, why weren’t shareholders given the same level of detail while the problems were developing? When did management first know there were serious issues? What losses, liabilities, disputes, write-downs or impairments were identified, and when were they disclosed? You cannot suddenly preach transparency now while avoiding the biggest examples from the past. If Brad truly believes shareholders deserve access to material information, then apply that standard consistently. Release the relevant Illumination documentation. Explain the timeline. Explain what management knew and when. Explain how the transaction was valued, what went wrong, what financial impact LTNC suffered, and whether prior disclosures gave shareholders a complete picture. Transparency is not something you discover only when it is convenient. If this is the new standard, then use it everywhere — especially with Illumination.”

Enjoying the private suites, the catering, the games… living the good life.🥂🏟️😂 Meanwhile, LTNC s shareholders get the VIP experience too: dilution, dilution, and more dilution. 📉 Enjoy the luxury while it lasts, boys. At $0.0000, that corporate credit card might soon start feeling a little heavier. 😂

$LTNC Brad updating his résumé as we speak? 😂 “Seeking my next exciting opportunity. Special skills include: destroying shareholder confidence, watching the stock hit rock bottom, and apparently treating the share count like it comes with an unlimited refill.” 🤡📉 Why create shareholder value when you can just create more shares? 😂 So… which lucky company gets this résumé next? 🔥

$LTNC September 11: “I am here. I am well. I remain fully engaged.” 🤡👏 Well Brad, it’s September 14 now. Mike, aka Ghini, one of the major shareholders, is asking for an actual report. Where is it? 👀📊 Three days later, “fully engaged” is looking suspiciously like missing in action. 🥷💨 We got all the corporate poetry — “evaluating,” “verifying,” “protecting,” “fully committed” everything except the answers shareholders are actually asking for. 🥱 Maybe it’s time for another one of those famous COUNTDOWNS! ⏳🚀 You always seemed to have time for those when there was an announcement to hype. How about a countdown to the REPORT this time? 😂📊 And while we’re waiting, maybe start another countdown for the résumé update. 📄💼 The weekend is over, Brad. Happy Monday. Where are the answers? 🤡

If this is true, and Adios is being separated from $LTNC in a way that allows profits or valuable assets to flow elsewhere while LTNC shareholders are left with continued dilution, liabilities and losses, then enough is enough. I’d be willing to chip in with other shareholders to have a securities attorney review this for a potential class action. No need to waste more time.

$LTNC The more revelations we hear from Mike aka Ghini , the more it confirms my opinion that this company has been run by fucking losers. Brad Wyatt keeps projecting that everything is fine and positive while shareholders watch relentless dilution. Yet we’re now hearing allegations from Mike that $LTNC got scammed by a pastor and that Brad allegedly signed something behind the scenes without even consulting the others. If Mike’s account is accurate, why weren’t shareholders told any of this? Just fucking losers running a public company, IMO.

$LTNC How does this “CLARIFICATIOn” still get 12 likes? You have to be seriously stupid to keep supporting this bunch of liars after everything shareholders have been put through. At what point do people stop applauding the promises

$LTNC They’ll say they “inherited the situation.” Fine — WHERE DID ALL THE MONEY FROM THE DILUTION GO? What did shareholders actually get besides massive losses? Why are the countdowns, “contracts,” “national distributor,” $25M–$35M revenue projections and “stock of the year” bullshit so easy to communicate, while shareholders have to dig for the truth? Cookie, RDNC — seems like every partnership goes nowhere. And meanwhile management gets paid while SHs get destroyed. These guys look like losers with a record of failure. BW’s previous company went bankrupt — what exactly are shareholders supposed to expect? DON’T BUY THE STOCK. DON’T BUY THE PRODUCT. In my opinion, throwing more money at this is like throwing it straight in the trash.

$LTNC I’m staying away from both the stock and the product. Trust has been destroyed. Shareholders have already lost enough money; I see no reason to pour more into either when it appears to benefit management far more than SHs. We’ve heard “contracts,” “national distributor,” “$25M–$35M revenue,” and “stock of the year 2025 & 2026.” Yet here we are. Management keeps selling shareholders a positive future while, from my perspective, insiders appear focused on separate ventures and shareholders are left holding the losses. If management believes so strongly in $LTNC’s future, I’d like to see them put meaningful money into the stock themselves—not just ask SHs to keep believing and buying.

$LTNC It feels like they were buying time behind the usual “we can’t disclose,” “litigation,” “contracts,” and “ongoing negotiations” excuses. Shareholders uncovered it themselves, and only then did management have to address it. In my opinion, this doesn’t just smell bad — it stinks. STAY AWAY from the stock and products
