“We have frozen all child care payments to the state of Minnesota. HHS took three severe penalty actions against Minnesota today:

⁃ Anti-Trust division of the DOJ announces investigation into ATI.
⁃ Treasury Secretary Bessent announced immediate suspension of $253 million worth of contracts to ATI.
