“Results in reading, mathematics and science were above the national average and comparable to the average results in Germany and Sweden.”
These are the results of our pilot program, which includes AI tutors and has been running in 171 public schools for just over a year.
It was evaluated by PISA for Schools in June of this year. Since then, it has already expanded to more than 1,000 schools, and within 18 months, it will be in every public school in our country.
In a few years, El Salvador will inspire the world.
Security was just the beginning 🇸🇻
The highly promising results from El Salvador’s first PISA for Schools assessment show what education reform can achieve when student learning is placed at the center—and change reaches the classroom.
What is at stake is more than a score. It is a generation’s future and its prospects in the labor market.
These preliminary findings, drawn from a group of schools, point to a path worth pursuing. The World Bank Group is proud to support El Salvador’s efforts to strengthen education and expand opportunities for generations to come.

Texas Should Shut Down the Education Cartel!
Even in a deep red state, shadowy left-wing NGO's scheme to conquer institutions, amass HUGE sums of public money, and use it against us to subvert democracy, overcoming their election losses.
We are waking up and fighting back. 🧵

- a open-source l’algo

Elon has managed to meme the birthrate back up. To celebrate, @elonmusk should put up the Shinzo Abe meme but with him on it in Times Square. 😂
Three Grok Build updates in a single day: v1.0.19 → v1.0.20 → v1.0.21
And the latest one keeps polishing the experience......permission modes now stay visible through plan mode, sessions open instantly when you start typing or pasting, and crowded terminal layouts behave properly
The release cadence here is getting ridiculous again
Release Notes: v1.0.21
Bug Fixes:
• Permission mode (auto / always-approve) now stays visible when the agent enters plan mode and is restored on exit.
• Typing, pasting, or pressing Shift+Tab on the welcome screen now immediately opens the session instead of creating a duplicate one.
• Dock sections, queue body, and reveal rows now stay within their documented height rules even on crowded terminals.
Grok Build just got way better at keeping complex agent work moving without getting in your way
Scheduled loops now run fully in the background, resumed sessions remember active loops, subagents and workflows, headless runs can launch inside isolated git worktrees, and MCP-heavy sessions start responding faster
Release Notes: v1.0.19
Breaking Changes:
• Scheduled /loop tasks always run in the background; they no longer inject turns into your conversation.
Features:
• New terminal theme option makes backgrounds transparent so the terminal's own colors show through.
• MCP servers blocked by organization policy now show clear messages and are refused before any config change.
• Session resume now tells the model what loops, subagents, and workflows were still running.
• Dashboard now shows newly dispatched sessions immediately instead of waiting for the store.
• Headless sessions (`grok -p`) now support the `--worktree` flag to run in a separate git worktree.
• Dashboard now says 'Open session' instead of 'Add session' for the session picker button.
• Multi-line bash commands now render with proper wrapping and highlighting when opening the block viewer.
• /usage now works from the dashboard and shows account allowance when no session is active.
Bug Fixes:
• Fixed mid-turn UI freezes when the terminal stops reading output.
• Fixed crashes that occurred when the terminal pane was closed while grok was exiting.
• MCP server list in minimal mode now correctly shows policy-blocked servers.
• URLs that wrap across multiple lines inside quotes or lists are now fully clickable.
• The welcome screen composer now grows taller when you paste multi-line text.
• Enterprise policy files are no longer deleted on startup when your team login is stored at a custom `GROK_AUTH_PATH`.
• /feedback now drops unsupported images with a notice (matching the modal) and never loses your report text on save errors.
• Feedback drafts keep their paragraph breaks when updated, and the modal no longer switches tabs unexpectedly.
• Turn summary lines no longer lose their spacing after background tasks finish.
• Thinking blocks no longer stay expanded after switching between fullscreen and minimal modes.
Performance:
• First prompt after login is faster when MCP servers are configured; they connect in the background.

Nothing is guaranteed
Grok 4.6 is objectively #1 when considering intelligence, speed & cost
SpaceXAI's Grok 4.6 scores 61 on the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index, joining the frontier in line with GPT-5.6 Sol, with standout agentic performance at lower cost
Grok 4.6 gains 5 points over Grok 4.5 on the Intelligence Index just over one month after its release, or +23 points compared to Grok 4.3. This brings SpaceXAI back to the intelligence frontier alongside OpenAI, behind only Anthropic.
Key takeaways:
➤ Grok 4.6 joins the frontier of the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index: It scores 61, in line with GPT-5.6 Sol (max), behind Claude Opus 5 (max, 63) and Claude Fable 5 (max with fallback, 62), and just ahead of Kimi K3
➤ Strong agentic performance: Grok 4.6 achieves a GDPval-AA v2 Elo of 1753, behind only Claude Opus 5 and with overlapping confidence intervals with Claude Fable 5 and Qwen3.8 Max. It scores 50.7% on 𝜏³-Banking, among the top two scores alongside Qwen3.8 Max (51.3%), and 88.4% on Terminal-Bench v2.1, in line with the leading models
➤ Frontier-level intelligence at lower cost: Headline pricing is unchanged from Grok 4.5 at $2/$6 per 1M input/output tokens, 60%+ below Claude Opus 5 ($5/$25) and GPT-5.6 Sol ($5/$30). It cost $0.84 per task, the same as Kimi K3 with slightly higher intelligence, placing it on the Intelligence vs. Cost per Task Pareto frontier
➤ Grok 4.6 sits at Fable 5-tier on AA-Briefcase, our private benchmark of long-horizon agentic knowledge work tasks, with an Elo of 1577 - behind the Claude Opus 5 family. It is notably turn-efficient, completing tasks in ~53 turns and ~0.5B input tokens on average vs. ~103 turns and ~2.0B input tokens for Claude Opus 5 (max)
Other model details:
➤ Context window of 500k tokens (unchanged from Grok 4.5)
➤ Pricing of $2/$6 per 1M tokens of input/output; cache hits discounted to $0.5 per 1M tokens, an increase over Grok 4.5’s $0.3 per 1M tokens for cache hits
Congratulations to @spacexai and @elonmusk on the release!
AI agentic Internet traffic will obviously VASTLY exceed human usage. Not a close call at all.
Cloudflare’s forecast is accurate.
For context, Global bandwidth is somewhere between 2-8 Pbps (2,000-8,000 Tbps) depending on if your measuring fiber public backhaul (like international fiber) or all public and private connections.
100,000 V3 Starlinks equals 100 Pbps 10x-50x the total bandwidth available today. If Starlinks V4s are 5x more capable we are looking at 50x-250x more bandwidth than world has today over the next 10 years.
This may sounds like a supply shock but remember ~2B people don’t have regular access to the internet today, and we are connecting robots (digital and physical agents) to the internet at an accelerating pace. Distributed sensor data collection (on and off planet) is growing. On top of that individual internet usage does steadily increasing.
In 10 years we’re probably going to move two orders of magnitude more information per second around than we do today.
