@mlcjfl Silent Support Weekends Throughout the 2026/27 season, we are promoting positive behaviour on touchlines across grassroots youth football. To support this, we will hold Silent Support Weekends each month throughout the season. All MLCJFL clubs have signed up to the initiative. Teams can choose to play with only the coach’s voice heard, or to run completely silent games, with the focus on positive support. The aim of Silent Support Weekend is to reduce pressure on young grassroots players and give them a better environment to find their voice, improve communication on the pitch, develop their game, and, most importantly, enjoy football. Great to get out and about today to watch some u7s 3v3 & u10s 7v7 games. Had some great feedback from the u7s pitch supervisors and players who are thoroughly enjoying the new format. Keep enjoying and developing !👍 Well done all 👏 ⚽️👟🥅🚩
