Two heavy-duty trucks carrying petrol collided this morning in Benin City. A police officer can be seen trying to stop locals from scooping fuel and warning them of the danger such actions pose to their lives. The residents, of course understand this, but they continue regardless.
Poverty drives people into a state of hopelessness and desperation, as we witness here in this video.
Same people will demand accountability from politicians. Inferior civilization for a reason.
